Scripted was the first official piece by GABxMIA. The work combines (Gabrielle’s) watercolor paintings with machine learning in an attempt to capture the transitory nature of the watercolor process. GABxMIA is a New York based collaboration by artists Gabrielle Benak and Mia Ari. Since meeting in 2018 at the School of Visual Arts, the duo has been working side by side to explore their shared ideologies and persistent existentialism. Respectively specializing in mixed-media and new media/oil painting, GABxMIA aim to seamlessly combine traditional and technological art mediums.

While some prefer total darkness when going to bed, for others, leaving the TV on is a necessity. Nightlight is a piece designed to deliver ambient visuals through familiar evening sky shapes. The meditative qualities make it a perfect addition to your bedtime ritual.
Nightlight is the first piece to incorporate glow-in-the-dark artwork on the back of an Infinite Object, blanketing the unit in tranquil luminescence. Place back towards a light source for full glow-in-the-dark charge at night.
